WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RETAIL AND CORPORATE ORDER?

Think of a retail order like you would any other online purchase. You can buy one or more than one of an item. A corporate order is a custom order that requires a minimum quantity (unique to the item) to customize specific to your company or overall mission. For example, you may have the need to order gifts for your clients that you want to customize with your company’s brand. Our partners require minimum quantity orders in order to be mindful of their production time. Once it is branded with your logo, it is no longer returnable.

    WHAT RETAIL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

    Apothecary (Candles, Skincare, Bath), all edible items, and items that have been worn or washed.
