An email confirmation will be sent upon placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
SHIPPING TIMESWe offer complimentary ground shipping on all domestic orders. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. box, or rural address are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Transit time can be 1-5 business days depending on location. Delays may occur due to COVID-19 protocol. We are not responsible for any carrier delays.
All orders ship from Raleigh, NC.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
An email confirmation will be sent after your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number after your package is processed. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to appear on UPS.com or USPS.com after your order is processed.
Orders must be placed by December 14th to receive your order on or before December 24th. We are not responsible for carrier delays during this time.
DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGESW/Compliments is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. We are not responsible for any carrier delays. We will do everything we can to assist you in locating any potentially lost package.
Orders ship via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified, and do not require signature for delivery. Since a signature is not required, please make sure your delivery location is secure.

Any returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please click here to start a return.
Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser and non-refundable.
Any returned item must be unused and in its original retail packaging.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed once we receive your item and refunded to the original payment method.
Skincare, CBD products and candles are not eligible for return or exchange.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and no refunds are allowed.
