General

Where do I start?

In our catalog, select the product(s) you’re interested in. Select the color, customization method and quantity for each. If you’d like to order a sample before finalizing your quote, you may choose this option by selecting ‘Request Blank Sample.’

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ varies depending on the product and customization. The MOQs are imposed by our partners.

Is it possible to order various sizes for apparel items?

Yes. The MOQ references the total quantity with a variety of sizes.

May I order a sample of an item before placing my final order?

Yes. We encourage you to do so if you are not familiar with the product. This will allow you to see the quality, material and fit (if interested in apparel). Samples are not returnable and are billed accordingly.

Design & Artwork

What file type is acceptable?

We accept the file formats .ai and .eps along with jpgs for viewing.  A vectored logo is crucial to ensure the quality of the customization.

For laser engraving, please provide a file that is in black & white. We prefer the logo to be in black on a white background.

Can you print or embroider logos that are multiple colors?

Yes. We can print or embroider solid colors. Half tones or gradients are not typically achievable unless a product lends itself to printing in 4CP or dye sublimation. Please see our glossary of terms for more detailed information.

Pricing

How do you determine final pricing?

Final pricing depends on a variety of factors: Quantity, customization, special requests (individual drop shipping, etc). For the most accurate pricing, please request a quote on the items you are considering and upload your artwork and branding guidelines (if available).

Why are there price breaks only up to a certain quantity?

Pricing is on a sliding scale based on volume. Please reach out if you are interested in a larger volume order that is not listed.

Customization

What colors are offered for your products?

Color options are listed for each product.  If you cannot find the color you are looking for, feel free to contact us and we can suggest other options if needed.

We have the need for co-branding with a sponsor or to promote a new initiative. Are there ways to achieve this by branding in more than one location on a product?

The short answer is yes. But this will vary depending on the item. Let’s discuss your goals!

Are there any limitations when customizing a product?

This depends. If there are limitations or restrictions with customizing a product, we can offer packaging solutions to highlight your brand.

Small font or detailing can pose a challenge depending on the imprint area of the item. We recommend allowing us to review artwork ahead of time to minimize potential challenges in the production phase.

Will I be able to review an email proof prior to production of my order?

Absolutely. An email proof will be provided once your order is placed.

Product Sourcing / Availability

Do you have additional products available that are not shown on your site?

Yes. We have partnerships with an extensive list of brands and are happy to discuss alternative options if you are in need of a solution not shown on our site.

Payment

How do I order a sample?

For samples, we require payment once you approve the sample request. This can be provided by ACH, wire or credit card payment via a secure payment link provided. If you are an existing client, we can add the sample cost plus shipping to your final order.

How do custom orders work?

For customized orders, once we have your approval on the sales order, we provide you with an invoice to be paid within the specified terms. In tandem with this, your order will go through the production process and an e-proof will be provided prior to customization. Terms and conditions are clearly outlined on each sales order and invoice.

What types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept ACH/wire transfers or a credit card payment for orders under $10,000. A 3.5% transaction fee will be added to the final invoice for credit card payments.

Production Time

What is the typical production time?

Production time varies depending on the product. However, most of our items can be produced domestically within 5-10 business days. This may vary during the holiday season. For overseas orders, typically production time is 60-90 days.

Do you offer a rush service?

We may be able to offer a rush service on select products. Please email us at hello@wcompliments.com to inquire.

Shipping

Can you ship internationally?

Yes. Duties and taxes are billed accordingly.

Can you ship on a Third Party account?

Yes. Please provide your FedEx or UPS # along with the billing address associated with it. Our partners will often charge a small Third Party Shipper fee to do so.

Do you shipping to multiple locations?

If your project requires shipping to more than one location, please email us at hello@wcompliments.com for the appropriate drop ship template. There is a drop ship charge plus shipping per location and varies depending on the product(s) selected.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to forces of nature or other uncontrollable events. We are not responsible for any carrier delays. We will do everything we can to assist you in locating any potentially lost package but ultimately this is the responsibility of the carrier and is beyond our control.

What are your fulfillment and logistics capabilities?

We work with our fulfillment partners to provide the following services:

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We require notification in writing of any shortages or damages within three days of receipt. We are not responsible for any discrepancies after this time.
