RATES

W/Compliments currently offers complimentary ground shipping on domestic orders $100 or greater. 

For orders under $100, shipping fees will be applied at checkout, $10 on all domestic orders within the USA.
 

• UPS 2nd Day: $25
• UPS Next Day: $45

PROCESSING 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. Unforeseen delays due to COVID-19 may occur. We appreciate your patience during this time. 

An email confirmation will be sent upon placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 
 

SHIPPING TIMES

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all domestic orders over $100. For domestic orders under $100, we offer flat rate $10 UPS ground shipping. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. box, or rural address are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Transit time can be 1 - 5 business days depending on location. Delays may occur due to COVID-19 protocol. We are not responsible for any carrier delays. 

All orders ship from Raleigh, NC.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We are pleased to offer complimentary contact-free local delivery to our customers in Raleigh, NC. Local orders will be delivered every Tuesday and Thursday by 5:00PM. Your order must be placed by 2:00PM the day before to qualify. A secure location must be listed as the shipping address for delivery.

TRACKING

An email confirmation will be sent after your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number after your package is processed. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to appear on UPS.com or USPS.com after your order is processed.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Orders must be placed by December 14th to receive your order on or before December 24th. We are not responsible for carrier delays during this time.
 

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

W/Compliments is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. Delays may occur due to COVID-19 protocol. We are not responsible for any carrier delays. We will do everything we can to assist you in locating any potentially lost package.

Orders ship via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified, and do not require signature for delivery. Since a signature is not required, please make sure your delivery location is secure.
